How it works

You’ll get a secure link from us before your appointment. You click it, you’re in the visit. No app to install, no special hardware. Works on your phone, tablet, or computer. If technology fails, we’ll call you and finish the visit by phone — we don’t make you reschedule for our problem.

When telehealth makes sense

Pretty much always, for follow-up visits. The clinical care is the same as in-person — same length, same quality, same coverage. The difference is logistical:

• You don’t drive to an appointment
• You can do it from home, work (with privacy), or anywhere with decent internet
• It’s easier to keep appointments when life gets busy — which means more consistent care

When in-person makes sense

• Your initial evaluation, when we’re meeting for the first time
• If you’re considering or starting Spravato (it’s an in-clinic treatment)
• If you’re starting TMS (the device is in our office)
• When you’re in a tough clinical moment and being in person feels better
• Whenever you simply prefer it
