Schedule your 15-minute call online or by phone.

Intake call. We confirm your insurance and scheduling preferences.
Within 7 business days
60-minute psychiatric evaluation with your assigned clinician.
Ongoing
Follow-up cadence determined clinically — typically every 4 weeks initially, every 8–12 weeks once stable.
