What you can do in the portal
Schedule appointments
Book follow-ups directly with your clinician’s calendar. See all your upcoming visits in one place.
Message your clinician
Send secure messages between visits. Your care team responds within one business day for non-urgent matters.
Complete intake and check-ins
Fill out new-patient forms before your visit and complete brief PHQ-9 / GAD-7 check-ins so we can track how you’re doing.
View visit notes and records
Access your visit summaries, request a copy of records, and see your prescriptions and diagnoses.
Pay your bill
View statements, see your insurance benefits, and pay any patient responsibility online.
Refill prescriptions
Request medication refills directly through the portal — usually approved within 24 hours.
Don’t have an account yet?
Your portal account is created automatically when you become a Northline patient. You’ll receive an invitation to your email address within 24 hours of your first visit. If you’ve been seen and haven’t received an invitation, please email info@northlinepsych.com or call (860) 385-6547 and we’ll send it.
Trouble signing in?
I forgot my password
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. You’ll receive a reset link at the email associated with your account within a few minutes.
I’m not getting the email invitation
Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, email us at info@northlinepsych.com or call (860) 385-6547 and we’ll resend.
I changed my email address
Email us at info@northlinepsych.com to update your portal email. We’ll verify your identity and send a new invitation.
The portal isn’t working on my phone
The portal works on iPhone, Android, and most browsers. If you’re having trouble, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Still stuck? We can complete most portal tasks for you over the phone.
