Advanced treatments
What’s coming next
Beyond Spravato and TMS, there are other treatments on the horizon. We’re tracking the FDA timelines and preparing to deliver them when they’re ready.
Ketamine therapy
Ketamine has been used in medicine for decades and, over the last twenty years, has been used off-label for severe depression, treatment-resistant depression, and certain other mood disorders. It’s the parent compound of Spravato (esketamine) but works a bit differently — same family, different route, different dosing.
Some people respond to one but not the other. We expect to add ketamine therapy to our offering once Spravato is fully running.
Psychedelic-assisted therapy
Two FDA-track treatments are working their way through approval:
- MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD. The first submission to the FDA was sent back for additional Phase 3 data. The developer is preparing to resubmit. Realistic timeline: 2027–2028.
- Psilocybin-assisted therapy for depression. Major Phase 3 trials are reading out across 2025–2027.
What’s being studied is structured medical treatment: preparation sessions, supervised dosing, and integration sessions afterward. It is not the same thing as recreational use or wellness retreats.
