Northline was founded by Luke, a Harvard-trained healthcare operator who lives in Niantic with his family.
A bit of background
Luke Albertson is the founder and CEO of Northline Psychiatry. He holds a master’s degree in management from Harvard University and serves on the faculty of the Harvard Division of Continuing Education’s Professional and Executive Development department.
He has led and grown healthcare companies as CEO of Reflections Lifestyle Center and COO of Prime Psychiatry. Before stepping into mental-health care, he founded and operated companies in healthcare technology and education, and has advised early-stage health-tech operators on go-to-market strategy and clinical-systems design.
At Northline, he leads strategy and operations. His work focuses on translating advances in precision psychiatry into care models that work at scale — in academic centers, community clinics, and rural settings alike. He writes and speaks on the operating side of the mental-health system: how the science actually meets the patient.
Why East Lyme
Community-level mental health care should be available where people actually live — not just in major metros. The Northline office at 339 Flanders Rd serves East Lyme and the surrounding Connecticut shoreline towns. Luke lives nearby in Niantic with his family.
