Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
W-2 employed, full or part-time. Connecticut. Independent prescriptive authority required. Includes brief-therapy add-on at follow-ups, and (later) Spravato and TMS rotation.
Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD)
W-2 employed. Connecticut. Telehealth-first with optional in-person hours at our East Lyme office. Adult patients, predominantly anxiety and mood disorders. CBT and ACT background preferred.
Operations & Patient Experience
Niantic, CT. Owns intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication. Ideal for someone with healthcare-ops experience and a systems mind.
Spravato & TMS Coordinator (RN preferred)
Niantic, CT. Manages Spravato observation, TMS scheduling, and patient experience for the advanced treatments service line. Opens with the Spravato/TMS rooms.
